Dolan Preffiso v Tifosi CK7 Frameset

I’m looking to build up a winter bike in the next few months and have narrowed the frameset choice down to the Dolan Preffisio or the Tifosi CK7.
Anyone got an opinion on which one I should go for or is there something else I should be considering instead?
My budget is £300 max, £200 if the wife asks
So far I’m edging towards the Dolan as my LBS can source one for £280, the Tifosi would have to be an internet job unfortunately.
All serious advice welcome.

Can't speak for the Tifosi, but I have a Preffisio built up with Tiagra as a winter bike, and am very pleased with it.0
