Hi ya,
i have been having some major trouble with my mountain bike back tyre, which has had about 6 puncher in the same place in the last few weeks and I cannot figure what causing it.
The punch is located between the rim and the in tube rather that the intube and the tyre, it seem like it caused by rubbing but for the life of my I cannot find what causing it, the tyre is running at around 50 to 55 psi, and the max its 60. I am running the bike on the road, the puncher seem to come after a few day always close to the same place. I have place some rim tape in but it does not seem have helped
Any help would be great

Sounds like there is arough bit on the rim that the tape is not covering0

Yep, sounds like its something sharp not protected by the rim tape. Try running your fingers all around inside of the rim. There must be something there. Also check the inside of your tyre thoroughly. Only needs a thorn slightly poking through to cause the puncture. Ive never done this but ive read on here to rub a hand full of tissue around inside of the tyre to highlight the problem. Should work on the rim as well ;-)
