They would be perfect but them I'm in the territory of buying a new wheel and costs escelating. Any other recommendations at max £300 with maxle? Don't want to go over 140mm unless they have u-turn0 -

That Recon is basically the same as the 2009 Revelation, but you get solo air instead of duel, and a dixed floodgate. Apart from that, identical. Bargain.0

I can recommend the Recon.
I have the same, I'm happy with it, and it was a bargain from the lbs.
But I got the Coil U-turn version, it was an OEM, but that Solo Air will save you some 200g.
