Just ordered a new frame, seatpost and headset.

Not decided if I'm going to build the 456 back up as a commuter or something yet.

My family's leaving for Rhodes in about 10 minutes. I had considered going back to see them before they left, but I only woke up at 10, so that didn't happen.

Considering a little pootle later on on the bike, before maybe going out with a road club tomorrow morning.

Wife's out for the afternoon so I'm stuck at home with the wildlife, watching cbeebies and wondering what it would be like getting some one armed action with Kerri. Nanny MacPhee's just finished and I'd definitely do Emma Thompson without the make up on.

    I've wondered this before too.

Total hangover today... pissed off with myself, not up to anything now... full of fail today.

Also, fitted my new shifter/grips to the Cannondale and also fitted my V-brakes, however being a total mong I assumed both cable were the same length, so I fitted the rear cable to the front, trimmed it down then realised my error when I went to fit the rear.. DOH!!!

Going back to sleep in a moment with TV on, feel like absolute toilet!

She looks weird now though. I thought Justin was a chutney ferret, what a grim thought
I quite like the short scouse one from milkshake she looks very 'eager to please'

    God I'm not getting enough

On the bright side though, that hints at quite low standards, which is always helpful.

    Dear CBeebies,

Could I please have a go on Sarah Jane.

You can keep your Chutney ferret Justin.

    Cheers,

Did the red at Llandegla. I impressed myself given that 6 months ago I hadn't ridden in years.
Lot of fun to be had despite a bit of rain earlier in the day.
I should probably arrange fitting disc brakes on to my bike at some point.

Got back to the car to find the front QR skewer had siezed... Had one of those 'How the fudge am I going to fit this in the boot now?' moments before a bit of percussive maintenance free'd it up.

Barely used this bike, but it's still managed to self destruct in 7 years.
