Loose spokes

I went over a rather deep road gutter which punctured my tyre. Anyway I was cleaning the spokes and i noticed about two spokes were loose.

Do I replaced both spokes?
Tighten the spokes with a spoke wrench?
Or, replace the wheel?

If the wheel isn't buckled or the rim creased / damaged - retightening spokes should be OK
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Do i have to take the tyre off to check the rim or can i just check it without taking it off?

No need to take off the tyre - serious damage would be visible, you're looking for a kink or crease in the metal in excess of a couple of mm - there would be a significant deviation in the wheel when you spin it

Wheel seems true regardless of the loose spokes, shall i just tighten them then?
