Good, evenly specced bike. The frame is decent enough, but pretty heavy given the wheels you have.

Nice bike, good spec, though surely if you like it, our opinions on whether you should carry on with it shouldn't matter?

Well i was thinking whether i should sell the bike and buy something else or continue upgrading bit by bit. Kinesis XC Pro 2 frame and brakes would be next.

carry on upgrading the bike and when you have upgraded pretty much everything buy a new frame

I love my Hardrock, although I won't be buying any parts to upgrade it I will fit any leftover bits when I upgrade my Trance.
I think the hardrock is a very good bike, it seems that specialized gave it an excellent frame but kept the costs down with cheap componants, a new set of froks made a huge difference to the way mine rides.
If you like it keep going with the upgrades.
