So I've got the service kit, I've watched the video and I've read the instructions.

Before I start, I wondered what can go wrong? fear.gif

Any tips/hints are appreciated.

:) Remember to let the air out before disassembly! :)

Pretty easy, just make sure all seals are seated properly before reassembly.

When re-fitting air can turn all compression/propedal damping off put rebound full slow compress the shock and then push air can on and screw up, this makes it a lot easier.

Thanks for that fellas. The Fox instructions imply that it's better to put the shock back on the bike and use the leverage of the back end to compress the air can before screwing it up :?

Is it that difficult to compress?

Not really, but it makes sense to me to put it back in the bike to do it.
