I ride an 09 cannondale bad boy. Daily commute of 20 miles. Recently been getting vibration through my hands. Leading to numb/tingling feeling. How can i reduce this? Run stubby bar ends to. Do i need to go carbon!

Cheers

Try a pair of Specialized Body Geometry gloves or mitts with the BG pad at the heel of the glove (assuming you don't have a pair already) as they are designed specifically to remove the pressure on your wrists (gel pad lifts carpal tunnel area away from bar) and prevent numbness/ tingling in your hands.

Bit less expensive than going straight to carbon and if they don't work, splash out on carbon anyway and have a nice pair of gloves too. Win-win situation.

What tyre pressures are you running? You ought to be able to run fairly low pressures with tyres of that width.

Mm. Try dropping your tyres pressures a bit. Very high pressure tyres generally don't make a huge difference to your speed (although they might feel like it due to the increased feedback from the road).

You say this is "recently" - so previously you weren't feeling the vibration? Sounds to me like something has worked loose perhaps? Worth checking all the usual suspects to make sure all bolts are tight, everythings in the right place etc.
