Front wheel pulling to left

Help!
When i brake hard my front wheel pulls itself closer to the L/H fork leg. Why? Is this a problem? How do i fix it?

    Are the Cones tight? Is the wheel secure?

    sounds like poor spoke tension.

    Thanks for the replies.
    The cones have not long been tightened when it went into the shop to have a spoke replaced. Sounds like they only did half the job when fitting a new one, thanks Nick.
