Wheel truing and pannier

Hello,

I recently attached a pannier rack to my specialized secteur sport to help with the daily commute. I noticed that the rear wheel went out of true in a couple of days, and it wobbles a little bit especially at higher speeds. I checked the spoke tension and it seems to be uniform across the rear wheel.

I only have one pannier bag, and that is on the left side of the rack. Do you think this might be causing problems to the rear wheel? I would like to keep using the pannier since it is much more comfortable and cooler (temperature - I am not delusional), but don't want to screw up my rear wheel or have a wobbly ride.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

I doubt very much the single pannier is the cause, could be spokes or wheel bearing....

Rucksack=sweaty back, pannier is cooler but less COOL....panniers here!
