Anyone out there riding a Defy 3,if so would you recomend?

Yes, yes they would. Reason being is that it's a good bike and they happen to own it, similarly people will also recommend Trek 1.whatever and Specialized Allez etc etc

There are many makes and models with similar specs and prices, so make sure it's the one that fits you best!0 -
I've got a 2.5 and for the money it's as good as any bike I've ridden.
Personally think it's worth the upgrade fro mthe 3 to get the better shifters.
