Ok Ladies and Gents,
After just fitting my new elixer 5's and avio gears, ..............
I have noticed qute a bit damage on my handle bars, seat post and the bit that holds the handle bars to the bike.....headset is it?

What I am after is a white seatpost, black handlebars, white headest?? and some white spacers...BUT!................yeah you guessed it and once again clueless.
What ones do i need/how can I tell?
Forks are rockshocks tora sl's that the handlebar bit is connected to, the frame is a gt outpost 09 and the seat is a charge spoon,
Please tell me whatever info you need to assist me in my purchases, price range....humm I would say below £50-£75 would get me happy, if possible.....I am not made of money lol,

    stem is what it's called.

so you want new handlebars (black), seat post (white), stem (white) and spacers (white)

easiest thing is do a search on CRC and narrow things down on each item

You need to know your seatpost size for starters.

Stem, you need 1,1/8" (the width of the steerer on the forks) and 31.8 clamp (size of your bars). You'll want 31.8 bars too, obviously. It's probably a good idea to get some bars that about 700mm wide and cut them down to your preferred width (if you want), and get a stem that's as long as your current one? i couldn't say how long that is but probably 70-90mm...

Ok gents....thanks for the advice, but you may aslwell be talking chinses to me lol,
How do i find the size of the stems etc....
I remember a while back somebody was after a seat post, and he was pointed in the direction of a pretty nice one for about £30ish or so,
any links to bits reccommended would be fantastic,
Are the handlebars standard size, to fit he stems? or is thee special ones for special stems etc...

The length of your stem is just that... the length of the stem (from the middle of the steerer to the middle of the clamp. The steerer will be 1,1/8", it's a standard size. You can get 1" and 1.5" but they're not that common and they will say when they are.

The bars will be 31.8mm wide at the clamp, as i said.

You will need to know what diameter of the seatpost is you need (easiet way is to google your frame +seatpost size) it will be 27.2 or 30.9 etc etc

Merlin cycles is a great place for cheap components, brought from them a few times. They don't have such a large range as CRC, Wiggle ect, but prices are very good.

Have a look at Exotic components from carbon cycles.

OK, not in white, but you can get really good parts very very cheap.

Nah mate I buy lost of stuff just because they look nice too

Seatpost for a lot of GTs seems to be 27.2 but I can't find anything for an 09 outpost. Lots of white seatposts on ebay.
