Topeak Customer Service

Thought I'd say a big well done to topeak for their customer service:
I lost the chain tension holding hook thing off the chain tool on my hexus 16 multitool. A quick look online to find their customer service email for the UK (care of Extra UK ltd.) one email asking where I can get one. An email back a couple of days later with a phone number basically saying "we have some, give us a ring and we'll pop one in the post for you".

Fully expecting to pay at least a couple of quid I give them a ring, the guy notes down my name and address and says he'll drop it in the post in the next few days for me. :shock: No questions, no cost, no faff.

Top marks and I'm sure their support for other products (not just topeak from the look of their website) is also top notch.

    Yep, had the same experience with Extra, great customer service when my Wedge bag clip broke.
