Muppet Alert!! - Disc brake question......

People,

Whilst 'tweaking' my hydraulic disc brakes I made a major error in pumping the brakes without the pads, disc or any piston retainers in place.

They are Tektro Auriga Pro by the way.

One of the caliper pistons came out and brake fluid leaked out.

The piston has gone back into place and the pads and everything fit OK. Obviously the brake does not work now due to fluid leaking out.

Question: Can I just push the piston back in, as I have done? Then bleed the brakes, reset the pads and re-centre the caliper? Or is this now kaput?

Thanks in advance,

I warned you I was a muppet.

Cheers.
