Hey guys, i'm currently in the Royal Artillery in Yorkshire and my battery has a few spaces going on the above course. I've been riding for 4 months now singletrack wise, anyone have experience of the course or know if this is suitable for a relatively 'new' rider??

Cheers guys!

Chris

The course is suitable for all levels but requires a basic level of riding and navigation ability. It's allows you to lead on trails only and nothing technical. When I did mine there were people on it with hardly any off road experience who were there to get the certificate so they could supervise school kids and youth groups etc. They all passed without any problems. The instructors are experienced and friendly and will no doubt take into account your artillery background and speak loudly :D

Are you at Marne? And if so is the course going to be in the dales?
