Anyone know anything about BMXs? (buying advice)

I have been offered a BMX, her is the spec:
Proper Houdini dirt frame 21", de-stickered and paint sanded flat in places
Fly handlebars, stem and forks(with brake bosses)
FSA cranks and headset
KHE shuriken chainwheel
V8 pedals
big squashy kona saddle
bog standard wheels in top condition
kenda front, primo rear tyres.
Oddessey evolver brake and lever
anyone know if this is good for £130?
i have not had a BMX in 20 years anf know nothing about them.

probably not worth it, BMX has moved on leaps and bounds in the last few years. try bikeguide.org for information, it's probably the best place for bmx info online.0
