Bike running right, grub and drinks made, dressed and ready to embark on my longest ride to date (about 90 miles).

Wish me luck.

Made it home and I am KNACKERED!
2 visits from the fairy, quite a few wrong turns, some seriously uneven road surfaces and a dead computer, but I made it.
Not sure how long the ride was (dead computer) so I'll have to plot it on Bikely to check, but I may have accidentally done my first century.
Where do I go to claim my prize?

    Well done. :-)

I'm hoping to do my first century this summer.

Just plotted the route on Bikely. 89 miles, but that doesn't include the accidental detours, so about 93 miles sounds about right. No idea on timings (many map check stops mean the total length of the ride will have little to do with the time actually rolling), but I bet my average was really low. I did a 70 miler last week and set out way too fast so I paid the price. This time I paced my self, but maybe too much (my thighs disagree).
For my future rides, I plan to ride a better signposted route so that I don't have to keep stopping to check the route/gps.
I'll need to get out for a fast 50 miler mid-week and then try to make the full century next weekend.

Assuming good weather, June is the month I ride 100 miles!
