Which computers enable mounting in front of stem?

Instead of mounting a computer directly onto my handlebars or stem, I'd like one that has a slim handlebar mount which positions the computer itself ahead of the stem (hopefully that description makes sense!)
I had thought I saw a Cateye with this setup, but can't find any confirmation on the web.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Cool, exactly what I was on about... this Forum never lets me down.
Friend of mine seems to think Cateye do one.... anyone know if that is true?

This is the one - bloody horrible IMO but you didn't ask for that
It's not particularly well built, the bracket gives a little so the computer flops around when you press the buttons, and you need a commercial pilot's license to operate the computer but if you insist.....

+1 there turkeytickler, it does look a bit on the weak side.
But i'm amazed that it can gauge calorie consumption!!!!
But back to topic I'm sure I've seen a widescreen one on the Giro which was mounted in line with but ahead of the stem but b*ggar me I cannot remember which team it was. :oops:0 -
Mavic Wintech do a lovely fine mounting bracket and the computers look good, and work well too.

I think I know the ones you are talking about and both Sky and Liquigas has them in their team colours...

These are the best pcitures I can find (!!) and it doesn't give you much to go on. You can see that it sticks out fom the stem rather than mounted on it.
Edit: And with a little more digging we have found it...SRM Powercontrol 7

Can't find a UK price but at $950 I think you might want to look elsewhere!0 -
Thanks everyone.
Those Mavic ones look really good - and they seem to do some nifty QR based sensors too so I don't have to be cable-tying bits onto my forks!
Cheers!0
