London to Cornwall

Hi me and a few of my friends were thinking of cycling down to cornwall, fistly was wondering if this would be possible in 4 or so days? aslo was wondering if anyone had any good routes?

    Definitely possible.
    Go north coast once you hit Cornwall, avoid A30!

    Use the Sustrans national cycle route 4 - from London to Bristol, then route 32 to Cornwall. 4 days would be ambitious using an off road route but very pleasant.

    I've ridden it on a road bike using tougher tyres no problems
