29er wheelset - TN719 or FLOW ?

new wheel build for my 29er, hope hubs (must be hope) then either TN719 mavic rims or the ZTR Flow 29er.
Needs to be strong - 16st rider and larger diameter as 29er to reduce flex, not too fussed about another 50g here and there
What would you do ?
