Hi, just cleaning my drive train and i got hair in one of the jockey wheels. It still rolls, but not so well. I have heard that taking out the jockey wheels can be a bit iffy. Is there any thing to worry about?

You shouldn't be worried. Very easy. Just remember which way round they go, and which is the upper one, and which is the lower. Do one at a time if worried.
You'll be amazed how grubby and grimy they are!
(And just to sound like an old nag, try to use barrier cream or latex/nitrile gloves. Old grease/lube isn't great for the skin...)

not really, just do them one at a time and dont loose any bits!

Much easier without the chain on, and if you have zip ties they make your life a bit easier!
