Hi everyone, got some new qr skewers today. pulled old ones out, stuck new ones in but noticed they were a bit thinner than the old ones, is this an issue, the old ones werent a tight fit, they had some wiggle room, these new ones just have a little more.
Bike is a Spesh Hardrock Pro with stock spesh hubs on alex rims, new skewers are Ti A2Z.
This as much info as I can find for you.
Also what should I use to lube them just regular 4in1 oil, that what looks like came off the old ones.
Cheers

Im sorry im not too clued up on hubs, I thought the skewers just went through the hub and the bearings were all insided the hub, no where near the skewer.
There is no play when the wheel installed, only when I had the wheel out and sliding the skewer through, less than 1mm of a difference between the hub opending and skewer rod0 -
If there is no play when it is tightened up then I probably wouldn't worry0
