Gear cable grease ports

Years ago you used to be able to buy 'inline' cable lube injection ports that you could fit to gear /brake cable so that you can lubericate your cables and flush out all the water that a proper muddy ride can cause. Any ideas if you can still get hold of them? They were brilliant to get some gt85 in and all the water out after a weekend away.

    You mean these. I have one on the rear cable on my bike and give it a squirt of GT85 once a month. I've marked mine so that I know where the hole is hiding under the o-ring.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
