    Looks great - how's the ride quality over rough roads? - I've read that Canyon's are pretty stiff in that Germanic way - are they comfy on British quality roads?

    I think they are good value too - and could be tempted by one myself.

  • Cheers for the comments, all. The weight is below 7kg but I'm not sure quite by how much. The ride quality is really good, on a par with and maybe bettet than the six-13 I have. I think the pre-07 Canyons were very stiff but the newer models are a little more forgiving, plus the 27.2mm seatpost and 700x25 rear tyre make for a more plush ride.

    If it's good enough for Philip Gilbert it's good enough for me.
