Recommendations for riding near Lands End?

We're off to Cornwall this summer to stay with friends who live right down in the 'toe' of Cornwall, about half way between Penzance and Lands End. Does anyone know any decent routes/trails in that area?

    My cousin lives there (Sennen)and i took my bike down a few years ago.Nothing doing really.No BWs,plenty of FPs but he took me mainly on narrow tarmac lanes.

    Ok, ta for that.

    I'm taking the bike anyway as I'd go cold turkey otherwise: looks like we'll have to do a bit of tarmac shredding unless my mate (who lives in St. Buryan) has some inside knowledge...
