I'm looking for some fast yet durable tyres for the summer, if we get one. I fancy trying the Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX, and I'd like to know what the word is on the street re this tyre? The manufacturer claims it's fast comfortable and durable, well they would wouldn't they! So what do you guys reckon?

Lasted me a fortnight, now they look like Rab C Nesbitt's vest! I did cycle to Hackney Wick a few times though; however, my Pro Races suffered the same terrain but didn't perish before my very eyes like the Corsas. Others rate them though.

Pro Race 3s for the weekend; Rubinos for the work journey.
    Where\'s me jumper?
  • yeah they're lovely but i would save them for race day. would recomend rubino pro as a bit harder wearing but still nice tyres.

Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX - great tyres! I got a seaon out of mine. These are the tyres I mainly use. I have just put some Aircomp latex inner tubes in them!

The open corsa evo cx is great. I've got them on my track bike. Good grip and they can take a high psi
