Powerbar ride bars - issues after the ride...

Does anyone else have stomach issues after eating certain bars?? I've got a bunch of Ride bars but after I get home my stomach isn't a nice thing to be near!!

    Rego has a reputation for giving you farts that can peel paint off walls. Obviously I don't have this issue myself :wink: but I do find that consuming energy drinks on long rides can make one less fun to be around in the aftermath.

    I had a jam sandwich ride the other day and had no issues at all - but there is a limit to how many of those I can get in my pocket!!

    robbiedont, just stay clear of the coastal routes, please.
    I have enough problems breathing as it is! :wink:
    Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!
