Braze on sora front mech/hollowtech bottom bracket cups

just fitted a new groupset to a colleagues bike and found that the front mech isnt working very well.
It had a traditional bottom bracket (square taper) but has now been changed to hollowtech cups.
Will this mean that the bottom bracket width has changed, affecting the ability of the braze on mech to function properly?
Chain rub in all but about 4 gears.
Anyone had similar experiences?

I would venture to say you need to adjust front AND rear mech's after installing a new crankset.0

Fronts are possibly a bit more difficult to adjust than the rear. A repair manual would probably help immensely. Or at the very least the front mechs instruction sheet. Possibly available on Shimano's website.0
