Tour of Britain stage 6 finishes about 5 miles from my house :D
I'm due offshore the day before! :cry:
I can feel a sicky coming on, already.... :wink:

    Day off already booked, now just to plan where to go and watch. Probably Sandy Lane at W Runton for starters to see the climbers make a break and then get in the car and get down to Coltishall and Wroxham to catch them a couple of times more. I'll be thinking of you Hopper and I'll mail you some pic's :wink:

    Hmmn looking at the route through Norfolk its passing about a mile away from home so I'll be booking a day off work. I use a fair few of the same roads to ride on myself...I wonder if the council will actually sort out the potholes then!

    where are you seeing the route? The map on the ToB site looks like it was drawn by a bored chimpanzee with an itch and I cant find a detailed one :evil:

    That London stage is pants!!


    That area is a ghost town!!

    They want to charge £20 for us to do 2 laps of that circuit. If it were in Central London then it would be worth it with the atmosphere but i can ride that route with almost zero traffic any saturday/sunday morning!!!

    Tour of Italy finishes in my home town Middelburg on the 10thMay will definitely be going to watch. Tour de France also passes close buy so will see that also. All in all a good year for me :wink:

    Tour of Britain passed through Aylesbury either last year or the year before, but as I was working in a bike shop in Aylesbury I couldn't go and watch the bikes.
