I'm going to be spending the day in the QEF on Sunday and will have a couple of hours to myself to explore on the bike. I'm struggling to find much on line that isn't an official website, I'm worried if I trust them I'll spend my entire day on fireroads. Can anyone point me in the direction of some good, technical trails up there (if there are any) preferably within cycle distance or short drive from the Lake of Menteith.

    The official trails are waymarked.

    There is an 'expert' trail and a family one.

    To be honest I didn't really rate it, my local stuff is better.
    Shot by both sides...
