Recommend close fitting Windshirt?

I regularly cycle with a ronhill running windshirt (very lightweight pertex smock jacket). It's ideal in many respects but there is too much excess material around the arms so it flaps a lot.

Can anyone recommend a cycle specific close fitting windshirt? It doesn't need to be waterproof or even water resistant. I'm just looking for something very light which is windproof and fairly tight around the arms and body.

    there are many others around for more/less, pretty much all have no stretch in the fabric so you need to get size right to avoid flapping/rustling

    the assos climajet breaker/jacket is lovely, the fabric has some stretch and does not rustle, but the price is eyewatering and seems to have gone quite a bit since i got mine
