I have not been on here for Donkeys. Hello everyone.
I've shoved this in here because it's a bit of everything. I've just moved down to London. I've not been riding for a while. Is there anywhere I can day trip to from London? I've got a car so doesn't need to be train accessible. I've come down from the north so I'm familiar with the peak and lakes etc and will still go when I visit home.

Also are second hand bikes still selling? I've got a Cove Peeler with 888's that I must have spent about 4grand on, TF and PUSH tuned etc. Is it worth selling and getting something smaller in or will I get peanuts for it?

Cheers.

South East, right on the Thames so it's not a big deal to get to the NE/N Although I do keep forgetting how big it all is.

Surrey Hills are south of London, straight down the A24 to Dorking then 10/15 minutes across on the A29....Here check this site out: -

Theres a thread in MTB rides called London Calling that does routes around Surrey Hills, I did a first one with them on Saturday and it was great, you should come along sometime. The uphills are generally slow, unless I'm bored  and the descents fast :D
And now you know, and knowing is half the battle
