Route From Midlands to Norfolk

Hi All,
Planning a week cycling in Norfolk later in the summer.
Have a pretty good idea of what route i will do when i arrive there but would appreciate any advice on route from Midlands ( Ashbourne in Derbyshire) to north Norfolk for the start of the trip and try to avoid those busy A roads !!!
