British Virgin Islands: Tortola

Hi,
Anyone know if there's any riding to be had on Tortola, BVI's?

I'm thinking of an exotic location for the Mrs 50th, so she can get a nice tan, whilst I sweat buckets on any local tracks/roads.

Also, if it's cheap enough, I'd buy a bike there as taking one might prove problematic.

Secondly, due to the islands close location the Florida, is it practical to include a visit the Florida Key's as well, or totally impractical etc ?
