Weather history websites, anyone?

I'm looking for data concerning temp, rain and wind for various regions in Europe. I've used Weather Underground, in the past, but find they quite often have gaps and missing data. Anyone know anywhere where I can look at say a decade's worth of Data?

I use it all the time - any weather anywhere in the world and you can interrogate it for any historical records/averages etc.
