I'm thinking of swapping to a compact Ultegra (prices ain't that bad).

So would be hocking in my vgc Ultegra triple (6603 chainset, STI's, etc)

What would I get "back" on that lot do you think?

I've seen an SL Ultegra at £450 hence the interest.

Now that my left Dura Ace pedal is seized tightly to the crank arm does that make the price higher or lower? (Given I have to include the pedals!)

Won't it depend on whether someone wants your pedals, one of which is dodgy?
Quite frankly it's worth what someone will pay for it.
You'll be lucky to get anymore than 40% of what you paid for it and that's if it's in A1 condition.

Nowt wrong with the dodgy pedal. It's just attached to the crank!

Otherwise it is all A1.
