Despite a visit from the p****ure fairy, this has to be one of the best early season training rides I've done with the my club....

105km, 1176m climbing and Pizza by Lake Como for the cake stop!! And it was pouring down all day at home too.

    I was thinking the same as I was going round enjoying the scenery and the sunshine. Even when the p****ure fairy paid a visit, I wasn't my usual pi$$ed off self!

    I followed a similar route on my old GSX-R 750...Probably one of my most memorable days, ever!
    Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!

    Italian roads are not as well maintained as Swiss ones, but still one hell of a lot better than I remember the roads of Manchester.
