What type of shower gel do you use to bring yourself around after a fast and tiring ride, any idears thanks.

  • I use swarfega with grit from my childs sandpit for a general all over clean and exfoliate. Then just to finish off I use a solution of 3 parts olbas oil to 1 part lime juice on mucous membranes.

    This really takes your mind of the muscle ache.

    I usually find that after drying my nipples need a shot of grease :lol:

    lynx is for teenage boys who don't know any better.

    carbolic soap and a good scrubbing brush is what you need....

    to get rid of grease and oil from hands....just add a bit of salt or sugar to whatever washing up liquid you can find and scrub away.

    swarfega? sintered brake pads do the job more thoroughly, I find. While we're on the subject, GT85 is far more effective than cod liver oil for joints

    I use Original Source stuff, coz I like the smell init!

    If you're looking for the ultimate in mud removal you need to couple it with one of those 'body polisher' things you get in boots. Shift even the weird orange mud at Cwmcarn than stains skin.

    havent had it in a while... but Damn that stuff is nice!

    sooo good after a ride.....
    but generaly whatever is lying around, genneraly some generic soap (i think mum usualy gets dove... its seems pretty nice...)
