  • My Brompt is great in the snow.
    Weight distribution is great (basically all on the rear)
    Clearance is great 'cos no top tube to catch you out if you slip

    (Late reply - been a while since I was on here and been browsing randomly today).

    Was very pleased with my Dahon Mu in the snow this winter - though I did regret removing the mudguards last summer! I bought a cheap MTB from a colleague for riding in this weather but the Dahon did a far better job - and if it got too bad I could take it on public transport home (though I never had to)!
