stumpy expert 07 - rear hub bearings any top tips?

hi - i need to acquire and fit new bearings to the shimano rear hub of my stumpy, anybody got any tips on what and where to buy and any links to idiot proof tutorials too

Stressed is just desserts spelt backwards… mmmm… Desserts.

  Why do you need new ones?
  
  Just a clean and re-grease maybe all they require.

  Park tools has the guide.
  
  Uses loose 1/4 inch balls.

  Exploded diagrams and service guides can be found on the Shimano site.
