Scrader and Presta valve compatibility question

Hi guys
Are Schrader and Presta valves interchangeable within the same innertube valve holder?
Also I have a Schrader valve removal tool ... will it work on a Presta valve?
If not how do you get a Presta valve out?

what do you mean by "valve holder" and what do you mean by getting a presta valve out?0

The valve holder......the bit which the valve screws into which is atteched to the tube itself
Silver in colour and the cap screws onto too
Presta valve out ... like the way you can get a Schrader valve out to put Slime in for eg0 -

untwist the part below the threaded thing for inflation; look for spanner flats to indicate a removable valve.0 -

How about putting a Schrader valved tube into a tyre which currently has a Presta valved tube as a replacement......will the hole in the wheel be ok for both valve holders to fit through?
Sorry if its a sill question for some but if I don't have the experience of it yet I wont know till I ask

if the rim is drilled for a schrader tube (wider valve than presta) and has a spacer you can remove it and fit a schrader tube, otherwise it's stick with presta, or drill a bigger hole to accept schrader tubes.
