Hi people,
Looking to improve my cycling and with the turbo trainer I'm looking a a list of suitable CYCLING DVD's to watch and train too.
I know their are spinervals but there are a million of them and I've got no idea really where to start.
My cycling is this.. I'm rubbish at hills ( I've got the spinerval 'uphill grind' for this) but I can go out and cycle anything upto 50 miles without issue over 3 odd hours.
I've only ever done one TT a 10 miler and came in with a time of about 34 minutes.
Does anyone have an idea what sort of spinervals I should be looking at?
I'm looking to compete in a number of Triathlons this summer where the bike leg will be upto 25 miles/40km
Cheers,
Dru.
