Scott P2 forks

Hi, I'm new here but, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can change the front forks on my Scott P2 to carbon fibre forks. It is fitted with heavy suspension forks at the moment but, in the four years I have had the bike I have always had them locked out because I always ride on the road. These have now started to become a little rusty and I would love to be able to change them for a nice set of carbon forks.
If this is possible can anyone recommend some forks and the size I may need to purchase.
Many thanks Geo.

I think these forks should fit, assuming you have 26 inch wheels,1 1/8 headset, disc brakes, suspension up to 80mm (I think it's 63mm). The fork is 42.5cm which should fit frames suspension corrected for up to 80mm. Weighs under 800g, reasonably priced.0

These, or some other cyclocross fork may be a better bet.0
