Just finished putting together my Enigma Ego, no chance of riding it today due to 4 inches of snow, so I thought I'd post about it here.

excuse the crap pics,

So, some details;

15" Enigma Ego Frame,

Reba Team Forks,

Shimano MT65 wheels,

SLX Shifters, Front and rear Mech's and chainset

Xt Brakes, I just went with the 160 front and rear discs for the time being, though may upgrade the front to a 180, just have to see how I get on with the 160's first

Panaracer Fire XC tires, though I ordered the wrong ones and ended up with the ones with wire bead and couldn't be arsed to send them back and get them changed

Hope headset, seat tube clamp and head doctor for matching bling

Ritchey wet look stem

Ritchey WCS carbon low riser bars and seat post

Shimano mx30 pedals though I'm already considering changing these for spd's

Selle Italia C2saddle just about finishes off the build,

I endedd up spending more than was originally planned, mainly due to the Hope and Ritchey bits, though isn't that normally the case :)

Looks very very stylish, love the frame colour and decals.
Should definitely boost your ego
  • Nice, some good quality kit on there. Pedals are nice, but If it were me they'd have been changed for spuds already

Is it sat on your bed?

How do you get away with doing that?

Yes, it's on my bed, I snore LOUDLY so I get to have my own room :) which means I get to have all sorts of stuff lying around which I wouldn't be able to if I slept quietly

iI built up my bike in my bedroom, only because it was mainly new parts and it was cold outside!
sweet build, i like that, not a fan of the pedals though myself.

And you still have snow??!! Ours went a couple of weeks ago, where abouts in the country are you? I pity you, that white shit was doing my head in.

Live in a place called Ashington, near the Northumberland coast, I don't "still" have snow, we had some fresh delivered last night :(

I'm 5'9"ish, though I have fairly short legs a little over 29 inches from crotch to the floor.
