Drilled for Presta rims?

I'm just starting my new-build (eventually  ) and my Easton rims are drilled for Presta vavles, which is my preference. However, there is still a fair bit of valve clearance once the innertubes are in and inflated etc.
I assume it would be better if I fit a couple of those 'valve reducer' type inserts, but if I didn't would they be ok to run as is?

Do you have the screw on collars on the tubes, once the tyre is inflated, and you pop one of those on the extra clearance doesn't matter0

Sure do, BC.
Thanks, it's something that I've often wondered about, but never really had a problem with...if that makes sense?0 -
+1 the big cheese
put the screw on and forget about it, if you want to put an insert on - do it.
if you dont, dont worry about it0
