    Unreal...

Roll on the "I just used it once to get me back to the top level boo hoo" excuses

With CERA still kicking around the family homestead, what chance that Ricco will soon be facing a lifetime ban

    Haaah!

I don't think there's been a funnier positive for EPO!

From the article: "Rossi recently gave birth to their child - a boy - but quickly made a successful return to cyclo-cross racing."

They didn't mention her return was within a week of giving birth.

I'm sure what's more depressing the drugs - or the fact that she's being referred to as someone's 'missus' rather than a person in her own right.

because if the article was simply that Vania Rossi had been suspended for alleged EPO use it would, for the vast majority of readers, only tell half the story.

Can you 'catch' CERA off a partner if you exchange body fluids ?

Just thinking through the possible defences....

I dont think makes much difference to how he is gonna be percieved though does it, all eyes were going to be on him anyway. He will be viewed as what he is a convicted doper his gf being found positive will not stop him racing.

It's nice to know that she was 'positive' in her drugs test. I'd hate her to be upset about it.

Nice to know that they keep it in the family though; true Italain Style.

If she blames him for cross contamination as her husband is a doper; does that she was injected with the drug?? Is that rude? I'm not sure on that one??

If the kid still fancies 'Bitty' when he's older; he will have the shortest Cycling career in the world. Bitty can be viewed in the link below- nice

    It's amazing.

I refuse to believe that Riccardo would have had no knowledge of her taking CERA.
  • Just read it too - disgusting. Im sick of these people ruining cycling. the two year ban is not enough - a slap on the wrist.

I keep going to buy magazines like procycling and cycle sport - but stop short of buying it when i see scum like ricco, landis, vino on the front or having articles about them. I have no interest in these creatures - lets stick to those who are racing clean, or at least not been caught yet?

Isn't a more likely defence that she lost a lot of blood volume during child birth and the doctors gave her something to perk her up. She didn't know what it was etc etc.
Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.
  • No, no one would believe that. Better to say that her pet dog's invisible twin needed to get some drugs for its poorly mother, or something.
