Fox Float 32 RL wiper and dust seal replacement

Hi Guys i wantg to replace the seals on my 08 Fox 32 Rl's. I have done a fair bit of searching and think i have found enough information to attempt it myself.

Can anyone confirm if this video for the Fox 36 forks would be the same for a dust seal replacement on my 32's ?

7 weight oil ? or would any 10w50 engine oil do exactly the same job ?

I did this recently, fairly straight forwards.

Oil weights at the bottom of this page here: http://www.pvdwiki.com/index.php?title=Suspension_Fluid (u want to mix the same brand of oil to get the same viscosity index as that of fox).

The only thing I can suggest is that I found fitting the new wiper seals an absolute mission by sliding them up the stations first. Better bet is to fit them to the lowers first then slide the lowers on IMO.
