i have a beastie old eddy and its all steel framed and stuff and i dont know much about road bikes so does anyone know how much they can shift for?

    Old Eddy Merckx bikes can sell for a grand, depending on model and condition. Most aren't worth that much, but they're still sought-after bikes. It's definitely worth selling, if that's what you're asking.

    Have you tried www.retrobike.co.uk ? Make sure you put up as much info as you can, and as many photos as you can.

    Is it a genuine Eddy or one of the Eddy Merckx branded Coventry Eagles of the 70's? Price varies considerably on a genuine bike - particularly condition and components
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
