Specialized Tarmac V Cannondale CAAD9

Having a nightmare trying to decide between these two bikes so I thought I'd throw it out there and see what people think. If I went for the Specialized it would be the Tarmac Elite so the components are nothing special (partial 105) against the CAAD9 Ultegra but I'm more interested in what people think about the relative merits of the frames as I'll be swaping out the groupset to campag anyway. Top quality Aluminium versus Carbon?
One point in favour of the CAAD is that it would be nice to get one of the last American made frames (production moving East from next year). I don't race so the bike is going to be used more for longish rides and shorter training runs.
So... What you reckon?!

I'm probably going to get proper bollocked when one gets delivered whereas I could probably chuck my Allez in a skip and pass the Tarmac off as it. Where is the challenge in that though? :P0 -
Always best to try them out as bike fit and feel varies from person to person. For me i prefered the tarmac to the caad9 (and about 10 other bikes i tried) so ended up with that!0
