Tyre sizes??

sorry newbie question!! i currently have 700 * 37c Conti tyres on - how do i know what the narrowest tyres my rims will allow? help greatly appreciated.

  Depends on the rims that you have.

  Recommended tire widths: 28 to 47 mm

  They are Concept SL rims with the following printed -
  Alloy 6063 T6
  ETRTO 622x17c
  
  does this help?
